It looks like a bad day, but…

It Looks Like a Bad Day, But . . .

Have you ever had one of those weeks that seemed like for every good thing that pexels-photo-1424745.jpeghappened, 5 negative things came against you? Almost like you have a bulls-eye on your back?

I don’t want to give Satan too much credit, but it sure seems like he has been busy trying to tear me down. This past week has literally been one thing after another. Of course not everything that happened this week was bad, but mercy it sure felt like the bad was trying extra hard to outweigh the good. Some days I felt almost deflated. The key word there is “almost”.

Satan did not win! He tried his best, even used wolves in sheep’s clothing to try to drag me down. But nothing he used against me can overpower the blessings in my life! There is no way that I will ever let the thief steal my joy, my confidence, my peace of mind, the love in my heart, my answered prayers, or anything else he may try to take from me.

Satan can try his hardest, but there is nothing that he and his cohorts can ever use against me that will be successful in tearing me down! I may sway a little, but I will never break!

I know this to be true because I know who I am in Christ! I am a born again child of the Most High King! I am a valued member in the Lord’s Army!

God has given me the armor, His Armor,  that I need to withstand the wiles of the devil! I  have the helmet of salvation, the breastplate of righteousness, the belt of truth, the shield of faith, the sword of the spirit, and my feet are shod with the peace of the gospel. I am holding my God given armor together with prayer, with His Word! I have a host of Angel’s surrounding me!

I have my family, my sisters and brothers in Christ, who encourage, love, respect, and cover me with their prayers. I’ve got this, because I know God has this! Our God is an Awesome God!!

I want to encourage everyone who reads this to tighten up your Armor Of God and boldly stand and declare with me “Not today Satan, not tomorrow, not EVER!” I am living in the Victory in Jesus! For His Grace wins every time!
